Joshua Tree Arboriculture Terms & Conditions for Tree Care Services

Welcome to Joshua Tree Arboriculture. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Joshua Tree Arboriculture provides tree care, arborist, and related services in Nova Scotia. Services are provided as described in your written or verbal estimate, contract, or invoice.

2. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

  • Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, unforeseen hazards, or additional requests. Any changes will be communicated and approved before work proceeds.

3. Scheduling & Access

  • Work dates are subject to weather and safety conditions.

  • Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property.

  • Delays due to restricted access may result in additional charges.

4. Safety & Liability

  • Joshua Tree Arboriculture follows industry safety standards (ISA, OH&S).

  • We are not liable for pre-existing conditions on the property (e.g., hidden wires, underground utilities, pre-existing tree weaknesses).

  • Clients are responsible for informing us of known hazards (e.g., septic tanks, utility lines, unstable structures).

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We reserve the right to withhold services or materials until payment is made in full.

6. Cancellations

  • Jobs cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Weather-related rescheduling will not incur a penalty.

7. Warranties

  • While we take every precaution to ensure quality, tree work involves living organisms and natural forces. We cannot guarantee outcomes related to tree health, regrowth, or natural events beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Joshua Tree Arboriculture is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service provided.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada.
